    Shipping & Handling

    Multiple Item Shipping:

    If you order multiple items and some items are not available you may receive separate shipments.

    Checking Your Order Status:

    The order tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you. You can track it through the courier website or call center.

    You can also check your Order Status from within My Account

    Shipping Process:

    Al-Haddad Telecom Portal will only ship to a physical address where someone can sign the proof of delivery. We will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

    Upon receiving payment confirmation, Al-Haddad Telecom Portal will dispatch all items that are in stock.

    Orders are delivered by our courier between 8:00 A.M. and 8:00 P.M., Saturday through Thursday. You can also check your Order Status from within My Account.

    We are unable to offer a service for you to go to the courier office to collect your items. They will only be delivered to an address. Once your order is in transit it cannot be rerouted to an alternative address.

    Our service is delivery only so the driver will not be able to perform product assembly or installation or any action of the same nature.

    Our courier will deliver the shipment physically to a consignee or to his/her representative with proof of delivery. Our courier will not deliver to or leave shipments at any location without a documented proof of delivery.

    Al-Haddad Telecom Portal will deliver to the exact address given by the customer and will hand the products to whomever is available if over 18 years old with a proof of delivery. Al-Haddad Telecom Portal is not liable if the products were received by another person living in the same house. However, Al-Haddad Telecom Portal will provide the customer who received the shipment a copy of AWB or delivery note and will collect the signed proof of delivery and ID if required.
